• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send through the contact form or by email or phone.
• Bookings: the details needed to book and pay for an appointment, collected through the online booking system.
• Your care: health information you provide in intake forms and consultations, such as your health history, medications, supplements and test results.
• Website use: general, non-identifying information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type.

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, manage appointments and payments, provide and record your care, and meet legal and professional obligations. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Health information is collected with your consent and only where it is needed for your care. Please do not send detailed or sensitive medical information through the website contact form; it can be collected securely during the booking and intake process instead.

Information is shared only with service providers that help run the practice (for example the booking and payment system, email and website hosting), and only as far as they need it to provide that service. It may also be shared with other health practitioners with your consent, or where the law requires it.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Card details are handled by the booking and payment provider and are never stored on this website. Records are kept for as long as the law requires and then securely destroyed.
